Loraine and Steven's day was built from small, deliberate things — a row of details laid out early, gold slipped onto a wrist in the old way, careful hands smoothing a train into place. The grand rooms came later; the day began in the quiet of getting ready.
The Celebration
There were the embraces that catch you off guard, the walk in on a steady arm, and then the doors opening to a room full of applause. We stayed close to the people in it — at a wedding like this, the room is the story.
