Not every wedding needs a cathedral. Shelley and Steven's was the smaller, warmer kind — close family, a room of blush florals, and the sense that everyone in it actually knew the two people at the centre.
The Day
There was the quiet of getting ready — vows read once more to no one, the rings laid out. A first look. Portraits against a wall of pale flowers. And then a reception where the double-happiness red went up and the dancing started.
